Perform overhead work while maintaining balance on ladders
Perform carpentry tasks including repairs and installations
Complete interior and exterior painting projects using proper techniques and materials
Hang, finish, and repair drywall and plaster surfaces
Travel between multiple job sites using personal vehicle
Install tile work and replace ceiling tiles and carpet tiles as needed
Install and hang various wall coverings according to specifications
Estimate project requirements and order appropriate materials for jobs
Work in confined spaces like closets, crawl spaces, and attics to access difficult areas
Requirements

Minimum 5 years progressive experience in multiple areas such as painting and carpentry
Valid driver's license
General maintenance and carpentry experience
Physical ability to bend, kneel, twist and reach in confined spaces
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of ceiling tile and carpet tile replacement procedures
Ability to work independently across multiple job sites
Experience with material estimation and project planning
Experience with tile installation techniques
General computer skills for documentation and communication
Strong problem-solving skills for adapting techniques to different environments
Capability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Experienced painter and paperhanger with demonstrated skills
