The Facility Executive Technical (PHE) supports the Assistant Manager/Engineering Manager in overseeing mechanical, plumbing, and civil maintenance across the facility. Responsibilities include preparing critical spares lists, implementing preventive maintenance programmes, reviewing M&E contractor practices, maintaining logbooks and PPM schedules, managing downtime and ad‑hoc setups, ensuring contractors follow house rules, and assuming AFM duties when needed while handling all engineering‑related shift matters.
The role requires daily walk‑arounds, adherence to policies and procedures, and the formulation of yearly Environment Management and M&E plans aligned with ESG and BCMS goals. Targets include achieving 99.5% timely AHD closure, tracking Simpliance tool usage, coordinating maintenance schedules and shutdowns with OEMs and Infosys, inspecting logs and checklists, and keeping statutory documents such as calibration and pollution‑control certificates up to date.
A key part of the job is preparing comprehensive reports: daily consumption and work‑schedule updates, weekly highlights and R&M trackers, monthly water dashboards, stock reports, statutory compliance and field service summaries, and yearly utility projections and sludge monitoring. These reports are delivered to the Facility Manager to support informed decision‑making.
Candidates should hold a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil engineering with 4‑5 years of relevant experience and be willing to work on‑site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for a 48‑hour work week. JLL encourages applications from all backgrounds, utilizes AI‑enhanced recruitment, and upholds equal‑opportunity and accommodation commitments.
