Candidates must hold an accredited professional degree in Architecture or a related field, typically with five or more years of experience, and architectural registration is strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and visualization tools, along with solid knowledge of sustainability, construction techniques, codes, and the full project lifecycle, is required.

- Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Twinmotion, Enscape, and Bluebeam.
- Advanced experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of sustainability, integrative design, FF&E, and environmental graphics.
- Experience across the entire project lifecycle, including post‑occupancy.
- Understanding of materials, construction techniques, building codes, and QA/QC processes.
- Strong presentation, graphic, and visualization abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Effective client relationship and communication skills.
