Accounts Manager: VST

Description

• Optimize territory coverage to maximize reach and impact.
• Identify and develop new Specialized Distributors and new Direct Customers in target vertical markets.
• Monitor and report on business trends, product fit and customer requirements.
• Conduct active field visits, demonstrations, and manage sales opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors, and internal teams, addressing all specific inquiries from various stakeholders.
• Achieve or exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and gross margin and to meet forecasts.
• Provide commercial, technical, and application support to distributors and key end users.
• Manage day-to-day business in efficient and timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong team player, adept at collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in a commercial role in industrial products.
• Exemplary written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experienced and knowledgeable of power tools, with proficiency in software/hardware applications would be a plus.
• Skilled in identifying opportunities, asking insightful questions, and understanding customers' needs beyond fixed products and solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
• Preferred degree in Technical or in Business-related discipline.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work the necessary hours to effectively fulfill job responsibilities.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic “preferred” and English mandatory.
• Highly organized in managing time, territory, and associated administrative functions.
• Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 75% of the time.
