What you would be doing

  • Coordination with closing teams at site level to generate referrals for booked and Employee base and leverage the relationships of closing teams also.
  • Driving and tracking Weekly , Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly -Leads , Walkins and Revenue - Both from Booked base and Employee base for the LnT group.
  • Aligning, Training and Motivating the Function teams - CRM, Customer excellence , Possession team , LnT Finance,Call center team to generate quality leads .
  • Participate in key handovers, Registrations and events to generate quality leads by pitching the programme.
  • Building rapport and relationship with Booked base and Employee base and act as consultant and relationship manager for the base assigned.
  • Clients escalations coming to sales office need to ensure are resolved in coordination with Crm and customer excellence team to generate future referrals.
