The Leasing Specialist will lead in‑person tours, market available units, and support the application process to increase occupancy and reduce stale inventory. The role also enhances the move‑in experience and contributes to the community’s curb appeal.
- Conduct and manage in‑person tours, updating the Funnel/Outlook calendar for accurate scheduling.
- Build rapport with prospective and current residents through clear, professional communication.
- Utilize property‑management software, digital marketing tools, and leasing platforms to track leads and monitor occupancy trends.
- Plan and facilitate resident events and outreach programs to boost community engagement.
- Identify and resolve resident concerns, including maintenance and service inquiries, with prompt follow‑up.

Success in the position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills across phone, writing and digital platforms, and proficiency with technology such as property‑management software and iPads. A background check, valid driver’s license with insurance or reliable transportation, and completion of a Wonderlic assessment are also mandatory.

- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
- 1+ year of sales experience (preferred).
- Strong written, phone, and computer communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology, including computers and iPads.
- Pass criminal background screening.
- Valid driver’s license with up‑to‑date vehicle insurance or reliable transportation.
- Completion of Wonderlic pre‑employment assessment when qualified.
