We're hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at a Fresh Facility in Little Rock, AR! This is a First Shift, Monday-Friday role focused on execution and team leadership within our high-volume distribution center.

Partnering with HR for interviewing/onboarding, conducting employee performance reviews, and managing personnel records.
Utilizing WMS reports to troubleshoot issues, plan daily operations, and staff departments.
Directly supervising DC employees, monitoring production goals, and maintaining quality standards.
