Additional duties include coaching other technicians, conducting preventative maintenance, site surveys, and equipment modifications, as well as preparing for installations by reviewing building layouts and gathering necessary materials. The role also involves inspecting and maintaining service vehicles and tools, completing job paperwork, ordering parts, providing technical support, and promoting company products and services.
The Boiler Service Technician – Level 2 position is based in Wilmington, NC and is a full‑time, day‑shift role requiring a two‑year degree. It falls under the Skilled Labor & Trades category and focuses on servicing, maintaining, and repairing hot water and steam boiler systems in commercial and industrial environments.
Qualifications include an associate degree in HVAC or a related field, three years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, Universal EPA certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
