The Plastic Manufacturing Technician ensures products are packaged, labeled, and inspected for visual quality on the assigned production line. The technician works closely with line operators to meet production goals, assisting with line start‑ups, shutdowns, tooling changeovers, and downstream equipment setup. Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and occasional weekends is required. Safety is a core focus throughout all duties.
Successful candidates are self‑motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Required skills include basic mathematical ability, dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills. Preferred experience is prior industrial or manufacturing work. The role demands physical labor, including standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending, and moving equipment for 8‑12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures.
