AVRS manages projects ranging from £5 k to £10 m, acting as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer while also supporting Tier 1 contractors. You will join a growing team that delivers high‑quality work safely, on time and within budget.
- Ensure scope of works is completed safely, on time and within budget per AVRS and client standards.
- Promote and adhere to health and safety legislation and AVRS’s positive safety culture.
- Deliver installation works to the highest quality, complying with contract and project quality plans.
- Coach and mentor Project Engineers and Senior Site Members.
- Collaborate effectively within the Project Delivery team.

- Proven project management experience in the water industry.
- Ability to interpret contracts, programmes and cost reports.
- Experience tracking and updating project programmes.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CSCS, ECS, CCNSG) and full UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of IET/ICE, NEC 3 & 4 contracts.
- Emergency First Aid or First Aider certification and fitness‑to‑work medical clearance.
- Additional industrial experience (desirable).
