- Keeping clear records of your work, including technical notes and results from experiments and tests
- Learning in detail how electronic variable speed drives are used to control motors and explore their role in real-world industrial settings
- Using simulation software to design and test electrical circuits
- Investigating and solving problems in hardware and system configurations using structured analysis techniques

- Comfortable using basic tools and test equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes

- Familiarity with electronic simulation tools is a plus, but not essential
- Currently studying towards a degree in electronic or electrical engineering, ICT, industrial communications, control engineering, or another related field
