2+ years of work experience in construction or industrial equipment service sales (elevator service highly preferred). Previous commercial and/or residential elevator installation or servicing experience a strong plus.
Willingness to prospect and identify new business opportunities. This might entail cold-calling and prospecting for new clients.
Frequent travel to clients or potential clients in various locations.
Highly organized person who can monitor numerous projects at once and who can prioritize opportunities and has the analytical ability and business acumen to focus on profitable wins.
