The Leasing Intern will support leasing activities by completing special projects, gathering market data, preparing client deliverables, and assisting senior brokers. This fast‑paced role provides broad experience in commercial real estate and prepares interns for a potential career as a commissioned broker.
Interns collaborate with analysts, transaction professionals and associates, gaining insight across multiple lines of business without visa sponsorship.
- Interact with brokers to manage prospect databases and gather market data.
- Analyze economic, demographic, and real‑estate data for client deliverables.
- Champion JLL leasing software and support technology adoption.
- Review leases, expense statements, and appraisals; prepare abstract reports.
- Organize and track historical client contacts and activity.
- Evaluate client portfolio data and legal documents during due diligence.
- Create offering, presentation, and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
- Develop Excel‑based financial models and macro‑enabled analytical tools.
- Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations and documentation.
- Support lead generation through cold/warm calls and email outreach.
- Maintain high accuracy and quality in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Candidates should be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, possess strong organization, analytical and time‑management skills, and be a self‑starter who can work under pressure. US work authorization is required and relocation assistance is not provided.
