- Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the design phase
- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and project management

- Strong proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit
- Willingness to adapt to the local architectural context and building practices in Saudi Arabia
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including schedule and budget oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing architects, designers, and specialists
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience working on a variety of project types and scales, from modest-sized to large-scale developments
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes is a plus
