Ensure the team uses CRM systems and sales engagement tools effectively (e.g., Salesforce, Gong IO, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to optimise lead generation efforts
Continuously evaluate and improve SDR processes and workflows
