We’re looking for a Project Director (Defence) to take charge of a flagship VSSP project while steering a pipeline of major defence tenders. This is your opportunity to shape transformative engineering programmes and lead delivery at scale.

Project Director (Defence) – Lead Major Defence Delivery

Ensuring all installed products meet technical approvals
Building and maintaining strong, fair supply-chain relationships
Managing the full procurement lifecycle across all project elements
Leading consultants to deliver designs aligned with budgets and procurement strategy
Identifying, communicating and mitigating risks while pursuing commercial opportunities
Leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple project interfaces
Ensuring full contract compliance at every stage

A proven record of delivering major, complex engineering projects
Experience in testing and commissioning complete MEPH systems
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and maximise revenue opportunities

Experience with QA processes and subcontract account management
SMSTS (minimum) and strong health and safety competency
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement and sequencing
