Monitoring and advising upon project finances
Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
Managing the change control process
Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan
Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database
Financial management – Ensuring prompt client invoicing and utilising Turner & Townsend systems in order to monitor a project’s financial status
Participating in formal client pitches with Associate Directors and Directors
Staff management (where appropriate) – Management of direct reports, including undertaking new hire interviews and performance reviews.

Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
Experience in managing the delivery of all stages of construction projects, from early design / planning through to handover / occupation.
Degree qualified in relevant discipline.
Strong communicator required with ability to manage all disciplines including H&S, quality, planning & productivity, design management & coordination, contract management & administration, commercial management, and project governance.
