Process respective administrative duties in a timely manner.
Respond to all truck issues and concerns at various concrete plants and job sites.
Support operations to ensure crew is operating safely, efficiently and effectively, and with outstanding quality, while maintaining the shop to CTI cleanliness standards.
Work with team, clients/owners, and inspectors in a professional and friendly manner and relay a positive attitude toward coworkers, vendors, and clients.
Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE and using excellent safety practices while visiting job sites, per CTI policies and OSHA, Federal, and State laws and regulations.

3+ years of diesel mechanic repairs experience.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Class B CDL or be willing and able to obtain.

Excellent time management skills. Work well under time constraints and respond positively to change.
Able to diagnose, repair, and adjust electrical and hydraulic components on commercial motor vehicles.

Pass a post conditional offer of employment DOT physical.
