Provide practical legal advice on matters involving commercial operations, regulatory requirements, and workforce management.
Advise internal teams on dispute prevention and resolution strategies.
Monitor regulatory and legal developments affecting the business; ensure internal policies remain current.
Collaborate across departments and geographies to support business strategy and ensure legal alignment.
Maintain and enforce internal governance frameworks to uphold legal standards and ethical conduct.
Manage litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes in coordination with external counsel.
Support cross-functional teams by integrating legal review into business timelines, ensuring efficient deal execution.
Operate with diplomacy and responsiveness in a multicultural, multinational environment.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including commercial & sales agreements, vendor and partnership contracts, and employment documents.
Ensure contract terms are legally sound, aligned with internal policies, and commercially practical.
Represent Legal in cross-functional settings with visibility to senior and executive decision-makers.
Partner with HR on employment-related policies, workforce issues, and compliance across jurisdictions.
Assist in M&A transactions and strategic partnerships, including due diligence, documentation preparation and post-merger integration support.

Working knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Telecom, IT, or ITES sectors.
Proven ability to operate with judgment, integrity, and discretion in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal technology tools is a plus.
Experience working in international companies or law firms is highly valued.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High exposure to international stakeholders and key decision-makers within the group.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness; must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputable institution (NLU or equivalent preferred). Bar Council membership is preferred but not mandatory.
