CSA Package Manager

You’ll oversee architectural and CSA packages across high-spec cleanroom and laboratory refurbishments, typically valued around £2 million. Projects include steelwork, foundations, architectural fit-out, and cleanroom upgrades.

From procurement and package allocation to design coordination and installation oversight, you’ll ensure that all works are delivered to the highest standard — safely, efficiently, and on time.

• Manage CSA and architectural works from award to handover
• Lead on procurement, package scoping, and subcontractor management
• Ensure all works meet client specifications, budget, and programme
• Resolve design and coordination issues with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
• Collaborate closely with the design team to develop and implement buildable solutions
• Oversee site progress, quality, and compliance through installation and snagging

We’re looking for an experienced CSA / Architectural Package Manager to take ownership of complex refurbishment projects within the Life Sciences sector, managing works from project award through to completion and snagging.

This is an integral role within our delivery team — ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordination, and taking projects from paper to reality.

• Experienced in refurbishment and fit-out environments — ideally life sciences, pharma, or cleanroom projects
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across design, site, and client teams
• Confident managing multiple packages and driving works through to completion
• Strong background in architectural / CSA project delivery
