- Ability to collaborate with the team to create a visual management system for production schedules at the shop level for multiple value streams.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-4 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with construction and prior experience with production planning or scheduling multiple aspects of a project preferred.
- High School diploma plus 4-6 experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with computer software related to scheduling, inventory management, and production planning.
- Additional certification or training in supply chain management, Quality Management Systems or Lean Principles preferred.
