Install and repair plumbing, piping, and tubing; wire single and three-phase motors; run conduit and pull wiring to machinery
Analyze system operations, identify root causes of malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective actions
Document equipment repairs, maintain accurate logs, close work orders, and communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and Lead Engineer
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on base building and critical systems with minimal disruption to facility operations
Maintain electrical controls, switching mechanisms, and motor controls to ensure reliable operation
Make necessary adjustments to maintain refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning equipment, boilers, ventilation systems, hot water heaters, pumps, valves, piping and filters
Oversee and monitor operations of refrigeration, heat exchangers, HVAC, electrical systems, emergency backup systems and hot water systems
Install and rebuild pumps, motors, air compressors, and heat exchangers; replace bearings and pump seals
