Communication: A master in the art of influencing and persuasion with an extensive network in the construction and/or tech start-up industries.
Mastery: Experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction tech. You understand how to engage decision-makers and guide them through a sales process.
Shape how we scale: Bring your experience building outreach processes and systems to help us refine our SDR engine as we expand our consulting service lines and client base.
Communication: A confident and engaging communicator. You know how to make complex ideas simple and compelling. You're comfortable talking to both hands-on construction teams and senior business leaders, and you build relationships through a humanistic, empathetic approach - because our customers aren't just numbers!
