What You Bring

Extensive title research experience in courthouse settings This is a full-time 1099 contract role (not benefits-eligible) Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Work independently while meeting tight deadlines Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation We’re hiring a Title Agent with deep expertise in courthouse records and land title history to support a large-scale solar development program. This is not an acquisition role with light title work. We need someone who lives and breathes title — someone who knows the courthouse inside and out and can navigate deed records from patent forward (and backward) without missing a beat.
