Requirements

• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus
• Experience collaborating across interdisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
• Leadership experience in financial management, preferably in healthcare or senior living industries
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to perform data-driven decision-making
