

Troubleshooting finance-related SAP issues (postings, integrations, month-end issues, costing variances, reporting queries).
You'll sit at the centre of Finance and IT, taking ownership of core SAP Finance processes and supporting stakeholders across the UK, Europe and the US. Belfast is becoming a key hub for Finance Systems, and this role plays a critical part in stabilising, improving and standardising how SAP supports the business globally.
Helping improve data quality, consistency and stability across global Finance processes.
Working with Finance stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical system changes.
Owning and supporting core SAP Finance processes within an S/4HANA environment (FI/CO).
You'll work closely with Finance users, controllers and IT colleagues to ensure month-end runs smoothly, costing and reporting are reliable, and changes to SAP are well thought through and well delivered.
Supporting testing, documentation and user support during upgrades, releases and change initiatives.
Working with wider IT teams and external partners where needed, while retaining internal ownership of solutions.
Acting as the primary point of contact for Finance when SAP issues arise or processes need improvement.
Comfortable getting into the detail - understanding how postings flow, how processes work, and why issues occur.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role for someone who enjoys owning SAP Finance processes day-to-day, improving how systems actually work in practice, and being the go-to person when Finance needs something understood, fixed or improved.
A practical problem-solver who enjoys improving how things work rather than delivering one-off projects.
This is not a consulting or programme architecture role. It's about internal ownership, practical problem-solving and continuous improvement within a large SAP S/4HANA landscape.
Exposure to a global S/4HANA landscape without being tied to consulting-style delivery.
Open to UK-based candidates willing to relocate.
Confident working directly with Finance users and explaining SAP concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Someone with strong hands-on SAP Finance experience in an internal environment (or long-term embedded roles).
Experience supporting or owning Finance processes such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, product costing, COPA or Material Ledger.
