Installation of various types of mechanical equipment and associated piping.
Running prime contractor projects
Working with owners and consultants
Read blueprints, determine layouts of plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, install commercial & residential plumbing fixtures.

Must be able to lift heavy materials, tools and equipment when required.
Hydronic retro fits I.e. boilers, pumps,
Understanding of Mechanical Installation and local codes.
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Foreman
Valid BC Driver’s License.

Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
