What you would be doing

Communicating with building occupants and stakeholders to address or escalate their concerns
Assists the property management team and various stakeholders with fire and life safety support/training as required
Inspects Fire Alarm systems and components as required by regulatory requirements for compliance and completes required repairs as required.
Provides the necessary support with the main client of the building and assists in the coordination of evacuation plans.
As required, actively participates in project requirements meetings and takes responsibility for the areas of their expertise.
Analyzes the causes of fire alarms and trouble calls, following up and communicating with stakeholders to provide solutions.
Inspect facilities, ensuring compliance with the applicable codes and regulations. Creating action plans and recommendations to resolve any issues related to Fire Life safety compliance requirements, i.e. emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, fire doors/separations, and fire alarm systems, etc.

Ability to interpret and analyze data,
Ability to self start working individually and/or work in teams and
