Identify and communicate significant schedule risks to Staff and appropriate Division personnel
Participate in Division training seminars
Utilize Primavera P6 scheduling software to update and document schedule performance
Interact with scheduling consultant in schedule reviews, claims analysis, etc. Perform cash flow projections / analysis on a monthly basis
Forecast impacts of variances to aid in the management of the schedule.
Communicate effectively with all field staff members, scheduling consultant and the client to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates
Meet with Subcontractors as required in development of baseline schedule, monthly updates and recovery schedules
Monitor and status schedule progress
Analyze delivery impacts, time extensions, claims, etc. through the use of schedule fragnets
Primavera P6 scheduling experience Preferred
Good organization and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required or equivalent years of experience in Scheduling.
General knowledge of construction means and methods
For Southern California locations only, the salary range for this position is: $110-145,000. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
