Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Coordinate equipment check-ins, upfitting, and delivery schedules with Sales Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance departments to provide integrated solutions that meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention, repeat business, and referrals.
Participate actively in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on products, market trends, and company initiatives.
Complete all sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly to maintain operational accuracy and compliance.
Promote Brandt’s compact construction equipment line to existing and potential customers to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
Monitor customer operations and changing requirements to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and responding to market trends to achieve growth targets.
Prepare and maintain accurate customer status reports, including call activity, prospect lists, and opportunity tracking submitted weekly, to support informed sales strategies.
Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

3-5 years of proven sales experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Strong knowledge of compact construction equipment, including skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, and wheel loaders.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
