The ACS Account Manager focuses on new controls contract sales, customer relations, collection resolution, project management, and retrofit/upgrade project sales. The role combines business development with hands‑on project oversight to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least three years of HVAC or controls‑service sales experience, and possess five years of building automation and control systems experience or equivalent vocational training. Basic computer proficiency in Windows or macOS, including word processing, spreadsheets, email and web‑enabled applications, is required.
Preferred qualifications include controls service experience, a bachelor’s degree, and demonstrated sales and presentation abilities. Strong networking knowledge, CRM training, and calendar management expertise are also valued.
