Project Manager for Nuclear New Build portfolio, responsible for developing and executing project plans, leading project teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of project management experience in the nuclear industry, and knowledge of nuclear industry regulations and standards.
Support strategic direction, KPIs and planning objectives of the Nuclear New Build program.

Lead and participate in project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
Ensure compliance with nuclear industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
Manage project documentation, ensuring that all project-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and communication plans.
Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management.

Manage project contracts, ensuring that all contractual requirements are met, including accuracy of invoicing, compliance with contract terms and conditions, and adapting to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Review, support, and maintain a lessons-learned database, sharing information across Aecon’s Nuclear Projects and Divisions.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Open to relocate within Canada and internationally per project requirements.
