The Role

Overview

Manage client relations, sales, and project execution for West Coast luxury interior design.

Tasks

-Manage inbound project requests through the CRM system, maximizing every opportunity through proactive outreach and follow-up. -Liaise with the Milan operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate pricing, sampling, and order execution. -Serve as the primary point of contact for Artemest clients, designers, and developers on the West Coast. -Assist in preparing client presentations, product selections, and meeting materials. -Direct collaboration with the New York and Milan teams and daily exposure to international projects. -Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and FF&E specifications in coordination with the U.S. commercial team and Milan headquarters. -Represent Artemest at local design events and industry gatherings, acting as a brand ambassador. -Maintain organized CRM and project tracking data, ensuring transparency across teams. -Visit clients, design studios, and project sites to present Artemest’s collection, discuss project requirements, and build relationships. -Oversee projects from inquiry through delivery and installation, providing clear communication and a seamless client experience.

What You Bring

-Genuine passion for Italian craftsmanship, design, and the luxury interiors market. -2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, project management, or client support within the design or luxury interiors industry. -Proficiency in CRM systems and strong attention to detail. -Confidence conducting client meetings and site visits. -Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field. -Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams.
