Help with preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor bids, and supporting procurement processes under supervision.
Conduct site visits to assess progress, verify completed work, and support valuation processes.
Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication of cost-related matters and project updates.
Support in measuring quantities from drawings and specifications to prepare bills of quantities and other cost-related documentation.
Monitor project costs against budgets, identify variances, and contribute to regular financial reporting and forecasting.
Assist in managing contracts, including tracking variations, preparing interim valuations, and supporting claims and final accounts.
Assist in preparing initial cost estimates and budgets for engineering and construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project scope.
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and company procedures, while identifying and mitigating cost-related risks.
