The Sr. Contracts Administrator ensures compliance with corporate policies, federal, state, and client regulations as defined in contract requirements. The role works directly with business unit attorneys and is responsible for reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and administering the business aspects of assigned contracts.
- Lead complex contracts of moderate risk.
- Apply FAR and agency-specific regulations to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and review non‑disclosure and teaming agreements.
- Review solicitations, contracts, and work orders to flag risk, suggest edits, and support pricing strategy.
- Advise management on risk and compliance issues.
- Obtain required insurance certificates and financial guarantees.
- Support project management staff in meeting contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Verify that project setup documentation aligns with reviewed and executed contracts.
- Coordinate with client contract administrators to process authorizations, negotiate clauses and budgets, and address client concerns.
- Work with corporate departments to resolve contractual issues.
- Perform duties such as proposal preparation, contract negotiation, monitoring, close‑out, indirect rate adjustments, and audits.
- Support disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
- Manage state and local government contracts funded by federal grant programs.
- Manage commercial contracts, including redlining and negotiating legal terms.
- Handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.

- 5–10 years of related experience.
- Domestic and/or international travel as needed based on duties and project demands.
- Experience on both selling and purchasing sides of contract administration.
