Coordinating with internal teams and external designers (Structural, Electrical & Mechanical).
Supporting the delivery of Water Infrastructure projects throughout all project phases.
Participating in design and progress meetings and mentoring junior team members.
Ensuring project compliance using our Common Data Environment (CDE).
Driving safety and collaboration in line with our Health, Safety and Environment culture.
Producing construction-stage documentation and securing necessary permits and approvals.
Managing subcontractors during site investigations, design, and construction stages.

Requirements

Strong understanding of NEC 4 contracts and sustainable development principles.
Great communication skills—able to challenge, collaborate, and support others constructively.
Recognised electrical engineering qualifications and relevant industry experience.
Knowledge of CDM regulations, current legislation, QA, and Health & Safety procedures.
Experience managing subcontractors and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
