Oversee all operations related to Building Envelope, Structural Systems, Due Diligence and/or Building & Code Compliance. Projects may involve:
Building envelope testing, assessment and commissioning
Drive business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships and leading marketing initiatives in this market sector
Manage projects from inception to completion, including proposal preparation, technical report reviews, and departmental P&L performance
Develop, lead, and manage a team of engineers, architects and project managers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
Partner with internal recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring the group remains staffed for success

8+ years of experience related to building envelope consulting
Licensed or certified as at least one of the following
B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university
Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, University of Wisconsin‐Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
