We are seeking a dynamic Planning Manager to lead our planning and dispatch teams across our Victorian Commercial Bar Shops. This role can be based from our Laverton North or Dandenong site but will require travel to across the two, to engage with teams and drive performance.
You will be an experienced strategic leader with an innovative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. A strong focus on people leadership and development, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence is essential.
- Previous experience in building products, industrial manufacturing, or production planning (or similar industry)
- Strong understanding of cost management and operational efficiency
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or dispatch leadership
- Ability to drive a high-performance culture
