HVAC Lead Installer

Description

• Communicate with team leads, coordinators, and clients on-site
• Read and follow job scopes, blueprints, and layout drawings
• Load, unload, and stage equipment and materials for daily jobs
• Ensure all installs meet local codes and manufacturer specifications
• Document all work and material usage in Workiz or via mobile app
• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation, gas lines, and condensate drains
• Maintain tools, company equipment, and install vehicles
• Provide exceptional service and represent the All Pro brand professionally
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

Requirements

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and can deliver clean, code-compliant installations. You’ll be responsible for installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and more—in both residential and light commercial settings. Whether it’s a changeout, new install, or retrofit, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch service to our clients.

• 1+ years of experience as an HVAC installer (lead install experience is required)
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC system layout, airflow, and connections
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with a variety of equipment (furnaces, condensers, minisplits, air handlers, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and handle outdoor/indoor conditions
