In this role, you would be responsible for key commercial negotiations including option to lease agreements, wayleaves, and easements. You would also play a key role in managing landowner relationships, being confident and comfortable in rural/agricultural settings. A strong network of landowners/land agents across the UK would be an excellent bonus.
They are looking to add a Development Manager to their team who will be predominantly working on land matters to progress their projects forward. Land experience is the key focus, but wider experience in planning or grid matters would also prove useful. Prior experience in Solar & BESS would be ideal in this position.
BenefitsSalary range: £55,000 - 65,000 + wider package. (12 month initial FTC with scope for a permanent position upon completion)
