Experience in construction project controls on large, multi‑project programs, including forecasting and change management.

Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and cost‑control tools (e.g., eBuilder, Procore).
Familiarity with Unifier (plus), interpreting schedules, baseline vs progress and linking schedule impacts to cost forecasts.
Experience with data‑center construction or mission‑critical infrastructure and sustainability initiatives.
Knowledge of renewable energy integration, advanced cooling systems and phased campus‑scale programs.
