Warehouse Production and Assembly Associate

Description

• Material Handling: Safely handle and move materials within the production area, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production flow.
• Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Assembly: Perform assembly tasks according to established production processes and quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Provide input and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet ASSA ABLOY's standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds as required.
• Warehouse: 3 years (Preferred)
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and follow established procedures.
