The role is advertised as Government Apprentice, Company Apprentice, or Diploma Engineering Trainee. Candidates should have 0‑1 years of experience in production, line assembly, or quality, along with basic knowledge of manufacturing and operational processes. Essential skills include good interpersonal and communication abilities, strong time‑management, multitasking, familiarity with health‑and‑safety regulations, and the ability to use various manufacturing machinery. Understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, logistics, and supply‑chain concepts, as well as problem‑solving and process discipline, are also required.
- 0–1 years experience in production, line assembly, or quality
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/operational processes and health‑and‑safety regulations
- Good interpersonal, communication and time‑management skills; ability to multitask
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery, lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, logistics and supply‑chain concepts
