- Travailler avec les équipes concernées pour obtenir la documentation nécessaire à la résolution des différends de paiement.
- Examiner quotidiennement les comptes clients en souffrance et enquêter sur toutes les factures échues.
- Participer aux rapprochements complexes et à la résolution des écarts, en effectuant les écritures d’ajustement nécessaires.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour identifier la cause des paiements impayés et tenter de résoudre les problèmes avant de les transmettre au directeur Crédit et Recouvrements.
- Assurer la stricte confidentialité des dossiers financiers de l’entreprise et de ses clients.
- Fournir une analyse détaillée des comptes en souffrance, des démarches entreprises pour leur résolution, et recommander, au besoin, une escalade au directeur Crédit et Recouvrements.
- Traiter les paiements entrants en vérifiant et en enregistrant les transactions provenant des dépôts bancaires, des virements électroniques (EFT), des dépôts locaux ou d’autres méthodes applicables.
- Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe assignée.
- Déterminer si les commandes peuvent être libérées ou, au besoin, transmettre le dossier à l’analyste de crédit pour révision.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients et traiter les paiements par carte de crédit, en français et en anglais, selon les besoins.
- Conserver toute la documentation liée aux litiges de paiement dans le canal Teams, si une escalade supplémentaire est requise.
- Effectuer le rapprochement des transactions de paiement et du grand livre des comptes clients afin de s’assurer que tous les paiements sont comptabilisés et correctement enregistrés.
- Aider les clients en fournissant la documentation demandée et en négociant des ententes de paiement au besoin.
- Maintenir des dossiers à jour et exacts de toutes les transactions de paiement, en apportant les corrections nécessaires en cas de divergence.

- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire (comptes clients ou finance).

- Bilinguisme complet (français et anglais), à l’oral et à l’écrit — exigé pour ce poste.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Diplôme collégial en comptabilité ou expérience équivalente.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) ; une expérience avec SAP constitue un atout.
- Ouverture à la rétroaction, au coaching et à l’apprentissage continu.
