Tasks
Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I (Supervisor) (SSM I), the Legal Secretary performs the most difficult and responsible legal secretarial and clerical work for the CPUC’s Intervenor Compensation Program. The Legal Secretary is responsible for properly formatting legal documents, checking case citations and decision references, and ensuring that correct legal procedures are followed to meet deadlines, filing requirements and ensuring proper legal notice when required. Prepare and submit a response for each question below. The SOQ should provide specific details and examples that clearly demonstrate how your training, experience, and education qualifies you for the position. Refer to the job description, and duties, and duty statement to prepare your response.
