Key responsibilities include preparing detailed design drawings, specifications, and BIM models; developing conceptual designs that satisfy client requirements, building codes, and budget constraints; and producing presentation materials such as 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and material boards for stakeholder reviews.

The Designer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams—including architects, structural, MEP engineers and contractors—to maintain design intent throughout construction, participate in design reviews, value‑engineering sessions, and construction administration, and coordinate with consultants and vendors on materials, finishes, and building systems.

Technical duties involve producing construction documents and detail drawings that comply with local codes, reviewing shop drawings and submittals for compliance, and providing clarifications, design modifications, and field support to construction teams as needed.

Requirements

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our construction team and create innovative design solutions for commercial, residential, or mixed‑use development projects. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost‑effective designs from concept through construction completion.

Required qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of experience in construction, architecture or design consulting, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates must have a strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, material properties, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as LEED AP or NCIDQ, experience with sustainable design and green building practices, and familiarity with project‑management software and construction scheduling tools.
