- Maintain a safety culture and ensures that all Safety Legislation is implemented on all activities.
- Provide financial forecasting to enable comprehensive business budget revisions.
- Lead, Manage and report on the performance of you team
- Manage the set up and introduction of a potentially new workstream, where Transmission Operations co-ordinate the interface requirements of certain Transmission contestable/directly connected customer connections.
- Manage the close out and TECO process of team deliverables in SAP ensuring regulatory spend is captured correctly.
- Support the Transmission Operations Capital delivery programme with the development of robust Commercial and Delivery plans that can achieve out-performance targets.
- Support the Transmission Operations Risk Management team with its strategic spares strategy to enable Emergency or Proactive repairs to the Network.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all departmental interfaces
- Provide robust engineering investment information to the Asset Manager for all areas of the Transmission Network.
