The Role

Overview

Ship/receive products, operate vehicles, manage paperwork and inventory control.

Tasks

-Organize, fill and replace fork truck propane cylinders. -Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements -Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control -Communicate with supervisors/managers and lead operators -Set up and prepare product for shipping -Operate variety of vehicles inside and outside of building -Review documentation / work orders, check paperwork -Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place

What You Bring

-Excellent organizational skills -Basic understanding of health and safety regulations -Keen eye for detail -Great communication and interpersonal abilities -Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data (axiom a plus) -Experience in operating forklifts -Proven experience working in shipping and receiving or similar position -Basic math and recording abilities
