The role is Senior Technical Coordinator for Integrated Facilities Management supporting a leading global technology client in India.
The coordinator acts as the reliable on‑site technical resource, performing routine checks, inspections, and implementing cost‑saving improvements. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day technical operations, material supply (electrical, plumbing, carpentry), compliance with fire, health and safety regulations, and coordination with landlords, vendors and site staff.
Regular building walk‑arounds, ticket generation, and analysis of mechanical & electrical data support weekly and monthly reporting on maintenance contracts, spare parts consumption, incidents and improvement projects. The role also assists the assistant manager‑technical with energy‑saving and risk‑management initiatives.
Stakeholder engagement is key: building high‑level client relationships, proactively addressing employee needs, and ensuring service level agreements and KPI targets are met. Finance duties include accurate billing, invoicing, monthly forecasting and invoice management.
Procurement tasks involve obtaining quotations, managing material indents to prevent stock‑outs, and vendor coordination. The coordinator participates in emergency evacuation, crisis management, business continuity, and provides 24/7 emergency call support.
Health‑and‑safety responsibilities include preparing floor registers, conducting safety audits, and maintaining safe workplace procedures. The role serves as first line of defence against risks, supporting disaster recovery and incident escalation processes.
Ideal candidates have an engineering or technical services qualification, 2‑3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of energy management, occupational health and safety, and vendor management. They must be team‑players, strong communicators, capable of handling conflicts, priorities, and delivering excellent customer service.
