- Support Due Diligence audits – framework development and checklist standardization.
- Coordinate annual sustainability target setting with Asset Management.
- Prepare presentation decks and meeting minutes for FMS and strategic initiatives
- Support sustainability reporting – data gathering, validation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Identify and support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for operational improvement.
- Translate Net Zero goals into site-level actions and track progress.
- Maintain project documentation
- Develop PM Handbook – framework research, SOP alignment, and regional rollout.
- Assist in FMS project rollout – tender evaluation, coordination, documentation, and Go-Live support.

- Skills in using Power BI will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous, highly organized and be able to work independently.

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under Mapletree’s Group Property Management team, working full-time from January 2026 to June 2026.
