  • Support Due Diligence audits – framework development and checklist standardization.
  • Coordinate annual sustainability target setting with Asset Management.
  • Prepare presentation decks and meeting minutes for FMS and strategic initiatives
  • Support sustainability reporting – data gathering, validation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Identify and support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for operational improvement.
  • Translate Net Zero goals into site-level actions and track progress.
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Develop PM Handbook – framework research, SOP alignment, and regional rollout.
  • Assist in FMS project rollout – tender evaluation, coordination, documentation, and Go-Live support.

  • Skills in using Power BI will be advantageous.

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
